Breathwork Session

This is my OG breathwork session. If you are new to breathwork, or a session guided by me, please listen to the entire session at least once. If you are coming back, you can skip to the 9 minute mark to get started.

I would also like to acknowledge my mentor and friend, Louie Hamner, for being the most incredible guide in my breathwork journey. Louie introduced me to this incredible practice and I will be forever grateful to him.

NOTE:

Breathing is something we are obviously all very familiar with. However, the techniques shared in this video should be exercised in a safe environment and manner.

For example, if you have health conditions that could be aggravated by focused breathing, or you are in an environment where serious injury could occur, please seek supervision, or the advice of a medical professional. Breathwork can cause tetany (numbness and tingling sensations), lightheadedness, fainting, or other more serious effects - especially if you are pregnant, have a history of respiratory symptoms, anxiety, heart disease, or other serious conditions.

Please use discretion and take it easy. Just breathe.
